Recently my ex overheated my truck on the highway. We put in a new radiator and thermostat. Now the engine wants to die when you out when you put it in gear and or you turn the steering wheel. The rpms dropp under 500 rms and the engine still overheats once it has ran awhile. We tuned it off after it started to go over 210. Also the exhaust smoke white. To me it smells like gas and not oil.

White smoke from the tail pipe is a sign that the head gasket or head itself has cracked. You can try a product called steal seal, google it and they claim to be able to fix it by pouring in a can of thier elixer. Or you can teardown the motor and replace the head/gaskets.
