Quick question: What could be the cause of my heater only working if I am moving at a constant speed of around 60mph or more?

Hi:
One of the most common reasons heaters only heat when the RPM's are high is due to low coolant. If you checked that and it's fine, keep an eye on the temp gauge and make sure the engine is staying in the normal operating section. If it's running cool, replace the thermostat.
