Just bought the blazer 3 days ago, service engine light has come on. Was told that it was Fuel convertor pump (?). Is this something that has to fixed right away and what is typical cost of this.

Hello, can you tell us the actual code/s? I have heard of a fuel pump or catalytic converter? If you do the work yourself, your only out the cost of the parts and a little time. If your asking what a shop would charge, different shops charge different labor rates. So it depends.
