1999 Chevy Blazer 4WD

I recently purchesed a 99 blazer that has a part missing from the 4wd system. It is located above the brushguard and below the radiator. I dont know what part is missing but it has an elecrical plug and 2 vaccume lines. I know that it is not the 4wd aucatior or the transfer case control module. I would like to find out what part is missing so I can get the 4wd working. Can you help me

It could be the 4wd vacuum actuator, or the actuator solenoid valve.
