1999 Chevy Blazer 4wd

i recently purchesed a 99 blazer that has a part missing from the 4wd system. it is located above the brushguard and below the radiator. i dont know what part is missing but it has an elecrical plug and 2 vaccume lines. i know that it is not the 4wd aucatior or the transfer case control module. i would like to find out what part is missing so i can get the 4wd working. can you help me

It could be the 4wd vacuum actuator, or the actuator solenoid valve.
