when I start my car it won't stay started it shuts off on it's on and there is a ticking or popping sound coming from the car. It went out on me on the highway. I replaced the battery and the alternator and the starter is good.

What general area is the ticking noise at? Also, do you mean that the vehicle starts up fine but then shuts back off? Does your anti-theft light stay lit up when you have the key turned on?

The ticking noise is coming from under the car, as I start the car the ticking starts immediately then the car shuts of. I hear the noise when the hood is popped but it seems as if the noise is coming from up under the car.

Does your anti-theft light stay lit up when you have the key turned on?

It sounds like your anti-theft deterrent system is shutting off your fuel supply, starter, etc. So please verify if the red ant-theft light stays on.
