Did that tune up include plug wires? That's pretty common. A plug wire will break down under a load and not allow the voltage to make it to the gap on the spark plug. Hopefully, the plugs were also replaced. The term "tune-up" is sometimes vague lately. Does the 'check engine' light come on? If the engine misfires, the PCM will detect it and, if it deems it necessary, will set a DTC. (Code). This will tell exactly which cylinder is misfiring. Even if it's fuel related, it will identify the missing cylinder. IF the plugs and wires were replaced, check the cap (unless that also was included in the tune up). Those caps can cause crazy problems, too. If all the igniton parts were replaced, have the injectors cleaned. My shop offers an injector cleaning that works really well. We have some potent cleaner that goes in the tank that will get rid of the gunk in the injectors and allow them to spray fuel.
