Ok guys think i'm on the right track. I droped the y-piipe on the exhaust again because I keep leaning that way. Started truck and went under, left manifold sounded like good flow, but right side had a muffled sound so I covered it with a rag and engine nearly died. Pulled that manifold looking for blockage looked ok. So I removed valve cover and turned crank by hand watching rocker arms. Looks like the #1 exhaust valve is hardly opening. Middle one a little better, last one looks good. Looks like I have a camshaft problem which was mentioned before. My compression is good because valve is closing ok but not opening enough to let out exhaust. Low vacuum and poping back threw intake. What do you think?

I think you should check for bent push rods.A badly worn cam will do it as well, collapsed lifters. Try removing the rods and lifter, do a leak down test on the lifters, if you can choke the engine by hand, you are on the right track!
