1997 Chevy Blazer Fuel Pumps

I need to know exactly what type of fuel pump goes into the blazer. I am finding different answers when trying to find one on line to purchase. I have found them at $77 and also at 300-400 $ but neither of them were the same.

The Fuel pump you found online for around $75 is just the pump its self. The ones for $200 and up are the whole fuel pump assembly with all the Electrical stuff included. I have heard people say they bought the $75 dollar pump and replaced it and it works fine, but this is kinda risky because its alot more work. You would have to disassemble the whole fuel pump assembly and install the new pump into the assembly then put it all back together again and then finally install the assembly back into your gas tank. Personally I would just bite the bullet and spend the $200 and buy the whole assembly Ive done it on multiple cars and none have had problems and its very simple to do.
