1996 Chevy Blazer odometer and fuel gauge

1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Automatic 140000 miles

My odometer is'nt working at all and my fuel gauge floats back and forth sometimes, so I don't really know how much fuel is in there. My speedometer works fine. Any suggestions for me? Thank You

The speedo and odometer use the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) for it's signals. If the odo does not work but the speedo does then there must be wiring issue at the back of the cluster to the odometer. As for the fuel gauge most likely the fuel tank sending unit is faulty
