1995 Chevy Blazer Engine cranks then abruptly stops and won

1995 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My Engine cranks then abruptly stops and wont turn. I turn the engine manually counter clockwise a full rotation by the flywheel, the starter (which I replaced) turns till it stops.
I have difficulty turning the engine clockwise. I haven't been able to pinpoint the reason to my dilemma. This has spider fuel injection. Thank you

Is this a Spider injection or TBI -? Check if you have gas in the cylinders- let me know

Thank you for responding, I have the spider fuel injection system on the 4.3. I will check the cylinders today for fuel.

The only way for it to get in the cylinders is either the nut kit or pressure regulator is leaking and its filling up the cylinders-hydro-locking it-been here before 2 months ago
