Fuel filter/fuel pump/fuel pump relay/nut assembly/spider wires replaced fuel pressure under 20 with key turned on. Will not start has same pressure

Your fuel pressure is way too low it should read 60-66psi, you're leaking fuel pressure-inspect the pressure regulator/nut kit/poppets.

Fuelline is tight spider wires nut assembly and fuel pressure regulator is tight pressure was about 10 came up almost 20 getting a code 5 flashes pause 8 flashes
