1992 Chevy Blazer purchase a by-pass pulley to use in place

I would like to eliminate the use of My A/C pump, but its pulley is required in order for the Surpintine belt to run. I have been informed that there is a by-pass pulley that I can use in its place. Could you please tell me what that part is called, and how and where I could obtain it?

I personally have not heard of such an aftermarket unit available for a GM. I would recommend checking with various auto parts outlets for information or suggestions as to where you might find something. Also, have you tried the internet?
