Confirm that you're getting spark and the correct fuel pressure then get back

My son's father was checking for spark from the coil and got a pretty good zap and when repeatedly turning it over can manage to flood it if to much gas is used

Since we have spark and fuel as stated -now we check the engine compression to include the valve and ignition timing get back with some testing results
