Engine Performance problem
1984 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Whenever I try to start it anytime from a cold start it will not start right away. When it does start and warms up it will start everytime after that until it gets cold again. Whats my problem? I have used starter fluid a few times just to get it going faster rather than waiting for it to start.

Check the fuel pressure if okay-inspect and test the coolant temperature sensor and clean out the idle air control valve

Remove the aircleaner from the carb-you will see a butterfly on top of the carb throat cracked it open with an object and attempt to start if it backfires and see fire out the carb continue cranking the engine till there's no fire-
