Okay, so now, I have fixed/ Replaced:

Thermostat
Radiator Cap
Fluids
Water Pump

AND we are still over heating! The fan does come on but only when the car gets to about the 3/4 mark on the temp gauge. I dont know if this is normal but it does come on.

For anyone who knows what under the hood looks like, about 6 inches or so behind the thermostat, ( towards the dash of the car) there is a part that is leaking fuel. I am almost 99% sure that it is called the fuel pressure regulator? (Going by someone elses words) but anyways it is leaking fuel. Could this also be why the car is still overheating?

So my three questions

Is it normal for the fan to only come on when the car gets to the 3/4 mark on the temp gauge?

Could this Fuel Pressure Regulator, leak be causing the overheating?

Does anyone have a suggestion before I throw concrete blocks through all the windows?

Ok, yes the fan comes on at a certain temp and goes off at a certain temp, so no need to replace the temp sensor (future refrence), the fuel pressure regulator which is mounted on or near the manifold does need replacing if leaking, but does not cause overheating. Now depending on your vehicle depends if the fan stays on or on and off, check up on that (call a parts store), then replace the radiator fan motor, also just adding coolant to the fill up tank doesnt mean the rest of the system is recieving it, it may be partial pluged, flush her out. Problem should be solved.
