2004 Chevy Astro vibration while on red light

Transmission problem
2004 Chevy Astro 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 180.00 miles

I have recently had my transmission repaired. Before that repair and still going on, when I stop for red light or for some reason car starts vibrating, if I put it in neutral it stops vibrating. What can be the reason? Thanks.

Three things to check for ware & tare any of the three could cause your type of probelm the most common is worn universal joints, but if this loos not to be the problem Check these other possible causes 1) check flex plate or fly wheel 2) motor mounts, and last 3) vibration damper on the front of crankshaft

Most definitely motor mounts. More than likely the passenger side.
