2000 Chevy Astro Van Won't after sitting in Rain

My astro van doesnt start after sitting in the rain. On dry days it starts up perfect.

When the problem occurs, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. Find out what your missing, I start with fuel and spark.

Some day when it is running fine, use a spray bottle with water, mist around on the plugs wires, see if you get any reaction?
