1999 Chevy Astro wont start

Hi. 1st time. During sno storms or when really damp the engin spitz and sputters and then dies, wait for a while the engin sometimes starts up. New plugs and wires new fuel filter new distribuator and rotor new crank senor new battery tried this 1st time today placed a heater fan blowing towards the engin. For a few hours. Started up Help! Marty

Have you checked the fuel pump pressure? Also, has the check engine light come on? Finally, have you checked the temp sensor?

When it doesn't start, have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine? One will most likely be missing.
