Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com. Well, as I am sure you already know, you have a misfire on every cylinder. I have to ask first, have you reset the check engine light since the work was completed? It will not automatically reset. If you have and the same codes came back, there are a lot of different things which can cause a misfire.

First, follow these directions to determine if there is a vacuum leak:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-an-engine-vacuum-gauge

If no leak is found, follow these directions for checking fuel pump pressure:
Fuel Pressure Test
Fuel Pressure, Checking

CAUTION!
Fuel supply line is under pressure! Wear protective goggles and protective clothing to prevent injuries and contact with skin. Before removing from hose connection wrap a cloth around the connection. Then release pressure by carefully pulling hose off connection.
Remove fuel supply line - arrow - and catch escaping fuel using a rag.
Press in securing ring to disengage the fuel line.
Install the fuel injector pressure gauge (V.A.G 1318) with the adapter set (V.A.G 1318/17A).
Open shut-off valve of pressure gauge set.
Switch ignition on often until fuel pressure on pressure gauge no longer rises.
Read off fuel pressure on pressure gauge. Specified value: 3.5 to 6.0 bar.
If fuel pressure is OK, check retaining pressure => [ Residual Pressure, Checking ]. See: Powertrain ManagementComputers and Control SystemsTesting and InspectionComponent Tests and General DiagnosticsDiagnostic ProceduresFuel Pump, CheckingResidual Pressure, Checking
If the specification is exceeded:
Pressure relief valve in flange malfunctioning, replace flange with fuel filter => [ (Item 15) Flange with fuel filter ] See: Powertrain ManagementFuel Delivery and Air InductionFuel TankService and RepairRemoval and ReplacementFuel Tank, Engine Codes CBFA, CCTA and CCTB, Assembly Overview.
If the specification is not obtained:
Check the fuel lines for possible restrictions (kinks) or blockages.
If no malfunction can be found:
Replace flange with fuel filter and pressure relief valve => [ (Item 15) Flange with fuel filter ] See: Powertrain ManagementFuel Delivery and Air InductionFuel TankService and RepairRemoval and ReplacementFuel Tank, Engine Codes CBFA, CCTA and CCTB, Assembly Overview>.
Repeat the test.
If specified value is again not obtained:
Fuel Pump (FP) faulty, replace fuel delivery unit => [ Fuel Delivery Unit, Removing and Installing ] See: Powertrain ManagementFuel Delivery and Air InductionFuel PumpService and RepairFuel Delivery Unit, Removing and Installing.

I have attached the pictures which correlate to the aforementioned directions.

Low or high fuel pressure can cause a misfire problem. Also, an engine vacuum leak can do the same. That is why I need you to start with these two components.

Let me know what you find. Also, if you never cleared the trouble codes (check engine light) do that first and see if the same codes return.

Take care,
Joe

Please post the freeze frame data of the misfire faults. If the coolant temperature is under approx 130-140F you most likely have excessive carbon build-up on the intake valves. This is a very common issue with these vehicles that occurs approx every forty to fifty thousand miles (depends on driving habits). However, the fact that you said the vehicle appears to be driving fine and is not misfiring, tells me that you have a cold-start misfire caused by carbon.

In the morning when you start the vehicle does the engine shake for the first few minutes? Does the engine light ever flash?
