Light comes on, shows Pi740 code. When the light is on, Over Drive shows off. Clean oil, full.

Hi,
I need some information. First, what size is the engine? It is either 3.9L or the 4.7L V8. Also, there are no i codes. Do you mean P0740?
Here is what I can tell you in general about a P0740: Basically, the transmission control module (TCM) has recognized an issue within the torque converter clutch circuit. Note I am basing this information on the 4.7L V8.
The idea the OD shows off makes sense because they are directly related.
Let me know if I have the correct engine and code. I attached the diagnostics below for the
engine/transmission noted.
