You still did not say why you changed them all in the first place. What was the engine doing wrong before you started this job?
It is called an OBDII tester.
I assume this has coil on plug then. If so, just unhook the small wire harness plugs to each of them. Did you get a few mixed up?
What do you mean acts like it is locked up? Does the starter even crank the engine over?
If they are mixed up or to double check this diagram should help determine which color wires go to which coil.
