Catalytic converter replacement part

I am looking for a catalytic converter for the car listed above EX model. but when i find one online it tells me it can't be used in California. Is there some place i can to find a legal one to use in California at a reasonable price?

I found a walker at rock auto for 225. It is C A R B compliant for California. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
