The most common cause of this is a bad or corroded battery connection. Take a look through this link:

Check that first. If the starter is good and the aforementioned link does not help, confirm the battery is good. I realize you said it is, but one never knows if there was a draw that caused it to get low. Here is a simple load test to check the battery:

Let me know what you find. If the battery is good, the starter is good, all connections are good, and the starter is getting power, we need to check deeper into the engine itself.
