Passenger front tire will not roll forward but it will roll backwards

It's like it's locked. I had to tow it home and the tire just skid into it. And the other tires rolled beside that one.

Have you jacked up the vehicle and tried to spin it? If it spins backwards in complete revolutions but will not move forward at all then I am thinking it is a bearing but if it would not spin at all when towing it and it just dragged across the street then I am surprised it spins backwards.

Let's start with jacking the vehicle up and spin it by hand and see if there is noise or other obvious signs of what the issue is. At that point, pull the wheel off and start inspecting for something that you are able to see as well. Also, if you can get a video of it moving in reverse and not forward.
