The engine will not crank or start?

At first the anti-theft system turned on and I tried everything people that had the same problem told me too and it still wouldn’t come off. Then I changed the computer module and that didn’t help either, but when I was messing around with the fuses I changed one of them and it finally came off, but the car still won't crank on.

So to be clear the security light is not flashing when you try to start the car? Will the car crank over in neutral? Please go over this video to help us see what's going on.
