Hi,
Chances are the engine cooling fan isn't turning on. Take a look through this link how it works:
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-an-electric-cooling-fan-works
When you are moving, the air is forced through the radiator regardless of the fans. However, when you stop, the fans should turn on to draw air through the radiator. This will not happen immediately, but should once the vehicle coolant reaches a specific temperature.
With that, I need you to pay attention to see if the cooling fans are turning on when the engine starts getting hot. Remember, you don't want it to get too hot, but see if they are turning on.
If they are not turning on, we need to determine if it is the fan motors or an electrical issue. If you look below, the first two pics are the wiring schematics for the cooling fan circuit. If the fans don't turn on, check the two fuses in the underhood junction box first. In addition to checking the fuses, make sure there is power to them. Here is a link you may find helpful. See pic 3 for fuse location.

If the fuses check good, then we need to move to the three relays to confirm they are good. See pic 3 as well for location.
Here is a link that explains how to test a relay:

If you find other known good relays that have the same part number, switch them.
Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.
Take care,
Joe
