Code P1400, starting issues?

Ever since I’ve got this car listed above, I’ve noticed that sometimes it would start up really bad especially during cold starts. It seems like it struggles to start sometimes, while other times it starts perfectly.

I have a check engine light for P1400. However, I know that isn’t contributing to the bad start because the EGR valve is completely disconnected.

I recently changed the intake manifold gasket (common problem with the ka24de motor in the Altima) because it was misfiring in cylinder #2. It relieved the misfire, but not the harsh start.

Fuel primes alright, so could this just be a starter issue?

Solved!
It seemed that the fuel air ratio was off, causing it to start like this. All other fuel injectors read a resistance of 9 ohms while cylinder #2 had a resistance of 32-34 ohms. My fuel injector had gone bad.

Thanks for the video it helps. It sounds like the starter is bad and perhaps the flex plate. The error code P1400 in a 2000 Nissan Altima refers to a fault in the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve. The EGR system helps reduce emissions by recirculating a portion of exhaust gases back into the intake manifold so this will have nothing to do with the starting issue. I would get a new starter and then once the starter is removed use a breaker bar and socket on the front of the engine while using a flashlight to inspect the teeth of the flex plate.
