In the beginning idle fluctuated. Then it started shutting off at times but would restart. Finally, it wouldn't restart. I did a bunch of research and ended up cleaning the idle control valve. It worked great for a few days. Then it stalled and wouldn't restart. Pulled the ICV and recleaned it. Sprayed the shit out of it with WD40 (the pentel shaft) and for a week it was perfect. Then it was back to stalling and now no start. Bought a new ICV but it still won't start. I came to realize I can't hear the fuel pump when I turn the key on, so I checked fuses, the relay and I'm about to replace the fuel pump. (If I have 12v to the pump). Any suggestions? Thanks, Charles

Hello,

At the fuel pump you should have 12V on pin B, grey wire, with ignition on.
Remember this 12V will only be there for about 2-3 seconds to prime the fuel system without the engine running. Otherwise, you will need to get a helper to crank the engine while you test for 12V at the grey wire

To check use a suitable test light or voltmeter.

See wiring diagram on image below.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Boris
