Car stalls after warmed up then restarts after a minute?

My 2001 neon will start up then after driving for a little it will stall after you come to a stop and try to start going again but will restart after it makes a humming noise after about a minute

Starter and relays. May be drawing to many amps.

It sounds like the fuel pump is going out and the fuel pump relay is trying to supply power to the fuel pump, here is how to change the fuel pump out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
