P0341 is a generic OBD II code and basically means that the PCM is not receiving a valid signal from the camshaft position sensor. I would start by inspecting the wiring from the sensor back to the PCM connector. Pay close attention to areas where the harness makes hard turns around engine mounts or components. These are typically areas were wires will begin to rub through, causing a short to ground. If you don't find any wiring issues, there's a good chance the code is the result of a failed sensor.
