When I get in my car I had the key all you hear is a clicking sound. Tried jumping the battery but nothing. Replaced the starter with no luck. You can hear it engage and see the engine pulls turn about a quarter of an inch.

Remove the battery and have it load tested. It sounds like a weak battery. Even though you tried to jump start it, there may not have been enough power.

Okay, can you tell approximately where the clicking is coming from? About a month ago, someone had a loose ground from the battery to the engine block. When they tried to start it, there was a click (sparks when looking) where the ground attached to the engine block. Check there. Since you hear the click, it seems the vehicle is doing what it is designed to do. However, there is one weak link. If the sound is from under the hood, wait until dark, open the hood, and have someone turn the key. See if you see anything.

Let me know.
