Hi, my name is Jessie Martinez and i have the car listed above. Suddenly it started making a rubbing noise as if the car had dropped and was rubbing on tire. I checked and the tires are fine. I drive it and it drives good but just makes that noise. Can you please help me?

Hi Jessie,

I'll try my best to help. Did you check the rear of the tires to see if there is any evidence of it rubbing? Also, is there anything hanging under the vehicle that could flap while driving? Do you only hear the noise when moving and is there anything that changes the volume or tone? For example, if you make a sharp turn does it get more intense? Do you feel any vibration in the steering wheel? Doers the sound change with the vehicle's speed?

Is it loud enough for you to record? If so, could you do that and upload it for me to hear?

Do me a favor, check under the vehicle to see if there could be a plastic shield that came loose. That could make this type of noise when moving.

Let me know.

Take care,

Joe
