Car is holding back like if emergency brake is engaged

Only when I first start the car I let it warm up. And then I go to take off the car feels like it's holding back i press the gas. And the car like wants to go big something is holding it back. I accelerate the gas pedal the car moves slowly. And when I let my foot off the gas it stops by itself. Like if I pushed the brakes but I don't push the brakes.
