My car has been acting up recently. It has an issue that when it changes form below freezing to above freezing my car chokes to start. It does no kick over easily and when it does it cuts out as soon as I hit the gas. I have found that by constantly trying to start it and then revving the engine eventually it is drivable. However I have to keep revving the engine while I drive for about 5 - 10 minutes and then it is fine. The exhaust produces a lot of white smoke while trying to get it going. Once the car drives a bit there does not seem to be an issue any more.

I have tried putting dry gas and other products int he gas tank to see if there was water in my gas tank but this ha snot seemed to help. Any other suggestions?

Again when it is below freezing the car has no issues starting right away.

Yep, I have seen the fuel pump act strange when warm/hot, to confirm the problem you can do a fuel pump pressure test which this guide can help with

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

you can rent a guide from the auto parts store for cheap, here is the fuel pressure specs,

FUEL PRESSURE
With regulator vacuum hose disconnected .................... 320 - 370 kPa (3.3 - 3.8 kgf/cm2, 47 - 54 psi)
With regulator vacuum hose connected .................... 260 - 310 kPa (2.7 - 3.2 kgf/cm2, 38 - 46 psi)

Here is how to change the fuel pump out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
