OBDII worked in the past on vehicles. Works on other vehicles but cannot communicate with this car. Car turns over, but no spark in any cylinder, no start.

Hello, have you checked all the fuses? The ECM (engine computer) and the fuel pump run off the same fuse in this vehicle. Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key to the on/run position?

Wow. Someone had put a 10A fuse on the EFI fuse. (And it was blown)
Now everything works as it should.

Thanks!

Okay, if it happens to blow the fuse again, you may want to have someone look at how much current the fuel pump is drawing. If the pump is starting to struggle and over drawing amps on that circuit, it will keep popping that fuse because it feeds through the relay that feeds the fuel pump as well as the ECM. The fuel pump really shouldn't be drawing over 10 amps. Unfortunately, the fuel filter and pump are both in the tank on this vehicle but can be accessed under the rear seat. It pulls up and there is a access cover to the top of the gas tank, so it doesn't have to be dropped. Here are the steps to replace the fuel pump if needed. There are 2 areas under the front edge of the back seat you can feel that just pulls up and the entire seat comes right out.
