Car clicks when trying to start

My car lights and fuel pump will start when I turn the key but as soon as I go to start the engine it clicks and kills the battery. When I jump the car it runs as long as I keep it on but cannot restart it once off. I have replaced the battery and alternator but still have the same problem. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. That description sounds like a bad connection in the battery feed. Either a bad ground or power. I would start by removing the battery cables at both ends and clean the connection points. Don't miss the ones that go between the engine and frame and battery.
