No crank/no start

I have a 1996 Acura Integra GSR 1.8L, stick. It won't crank or start or turn over. Nothing happends, but when you turn the key over all the lights come on in the dash. I have replace the starter, altenator, main relay, and the fuel pump. I had to relpace the altenator because it started smoking. Now after I replace all of those parts I still have nothing turning over the car. Had the Battery tested and it is good and the terminals are clean and tight. Is there anything I am missing. I need help trying to get this car to crank and run. Thanks
