Is that the (1995 Chevrolet Blazer LS 4x4 Deluxe) oil temperature sensor in the front of the engine or the temperature sensor? Or are they the same but different names?
I have a (ACR-12V-3 1963) that came out of mine and it was dirty so I cleaned it, should I replace it, or is it ok cleaned up?
Also what is the correct spark plug to use for it. I used a Autolight 45 and it worked.

I am attaching the process below on how to remove the distributor for both the OBD II and non OBD II (OBD I) system.

Basically you just need to take the cap off and that should give you the space that you need in order to remove it.

I am attaching the info below for this and the oil pressure sensor. There is not an oil temperature sensor so I assume that you are meaning the pressure sensor.

Please review the info below.

Thanks

Hello,

You should not have to remove the engine in order to get the distributor out.
This was the change over year for the Blazer. So some of the 1995 had OBD I and others had OBD II. I have attached instructions for both.

The coolant temperature sensor is located on the front of the engine, right below the intake tube. Back of the engine is the oil pressure switch. See diagrams for both.
If your ACR-12V-3 is not faulty you can clean and re-use it.

Autolight 45 should work just fine.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
