Code 001161, Cam position solenoid valve?

I've done a pedal test, code 001161 showed up.
I recently had a replacement used engine, should this error be occurring? Or should it have been dealt with?

P0011 61 Intake Camshaft Phasing Mechanics Range/Performance (Bank 1).

Suggest to first check oil level and oil quality as this could affect the operation of either solenoid valve.
If in order you could swap left and right-side solenoids and see if fault moves to the exhaust side, giving P0014.
