2000 Vauxhall Zafira Timing belt marks. 1.6 16v eco-tec

2000 Vauxhall Zafira Front Wheel Drive Manual 87000 miles

Hiya, I am in the process of changing the water pump and belt as it has failed, but I forgot to make a note of the cam positions before removing the belt, now I am unable to find any litrature regarding the correct timing marks, the bottom sproket is clearly marked, but the 2 top ones arnt, any ideas?
