2000 Cadillac Hesistation Problem

I have a 2000 Cadillac Seville STS with 130,000 miles on it.
After I drive it for about 40 minutes without stopping it starts to hesitate when I accelerate at low speeds and from rest. I am wondering what could be causing it.

Disconnect battery for 5 hours both terminals. PCM is the problem. Problem will be fixed.

that doesnt work, do you have a ck engine lite on?

scan your codes, off and down on the mode button on your heater controls, at the same time, with the key in the on position, look in your message center for codes.... start there
