I blew my back passenger tire and it pulled some wires out so I got a new tire. Spliced the wires back together. Replaced the fuel pump fuse and now it will not turn over or bring anything up on the dash or radio, cannot roll up or down the windows. The horn and headlights are on if the battery is plugged in. It is acting like there is no power with a fully charged battery. Please help I am without a car at the moment.

Remove the bottom cushion of the back seat and test all the fuses in there.

1. Push in and up on the front of the rear seat cushion.
2. Lift upward on the seat cushion.
3. Disconnect the heated seat electrical connectors, if equipped.
4. Remove the seat cushion from the vehicle.
