Which mount are you talking about? The one that usually fails is the front engine mount, symptom of clunk on accel forward. That mount is about 1.5 hours flat rate to replace, and I think the mount runs $150 to 170.
I am showing the MAF sensor at about $235 for part, and less than.5 hrs to replace. A note on it, you might check and see if there is a software calibration upgrade to address a P0101 MAF code setting prior to replacing it. You dont see too many of them fail.
