1999 Cadillac Deville V8 101000 miles

a garage turned down the rotors. Did not change pads. And since the car squeaks etc.I took it to someone else and he said it needs struts plus when he turned down the rotors and didnt change the pads. Since the rotors are in terrible shape and he didnt change pads. Now it needs pads and rotors plus the stuts. And ever since the garage did the brakes the anti lock light. The traction control light and the suspension serv. Light came on and never has gone off.I took it somewhere else yesterday and he said the rotors should never been turned because they are shot and since he didn;t change the pads when the garage turned the rotors it needs pads and it needed struts b4 I took it in for the brakes. And needs them now. So I am wondering why the service suspension light is on. When none of those 3 lights were on before I took it in originally. Thank you.I am single and certainly appreciate any input

That place you took your car to must be crazy. I've never heard of turning the rotors without replacing the Brake pads in the first place.
Secondly, it could be possible, that your brake problems could be throwing off the suspension, thus giving you that light for the suspension. I'm not sure on that, but you stated no lights before the brake problem.
If I were you, I'd get the brakes corrected by someone who knows what they are doing. Then see if the other lights dont go out.
One thing, I'm not sure about this on Cadillacs, BUT I have a 94 Chevy Pickup, and at around 110,000 miles, it needed bigtime brake repair. Well my nephew helped me, and we changed the pads, got the rotors turned, and even changed the wheel cylinders. One day, they locked up on me! The salesman at the parts store told me, that even though the front brake "hoses" looked new on the outside, they were probally messed up on the inside. We replaced the hoses, and I've now got 149,000 miles on the truck and the brakes haven't gave me ANY problem since.
Hope I've helped, and let me know if fixing the brakes causes your suspension lights go away.
