1995 Cadillac Deville Power Steering Pulley

The first pulley that the serpentine belt goes around is loose and wobley. How do you get the pulley off to replace it.

I am not sure which one is considered the first, but you have power steering pulley in your heading. It requires a puller to remove(they make a power steering pulley puller), and an installer. The shaft has internal threads to facilitate the installer.
