1995 Cadillac Deville V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I just put in new cylinder heads on my 4.9. But I dont see any oil squirting into the valve covers. My question is does the oil go through the pushrods into the valve covers? And is it suppost to be visible by the rocker arms?

You should see top end oiling, and it does come through the pushrods. Do you have top end noise?

Should I be able to hear it also? If so I dont have any top end noise.
