My 4.1L v8 1983 deville refuses to start unless the throttle body is primed with gas or starting fluid. Once started it will run forever and never quit, if you shut it off and promtly start it again it will start if there is enough gas in the engine from the previous running of the engine. If there is not enough gas it will not start unless primed. The deville is fuel injected by throttle body and has a electric fuel pump. The computer has been switched out, fuel filter replaced, spark plugs/wires replaced, all filters/Pvc valve have been replaced. Only computer error is a fuel circuit error code 30 (but the fuel pump runs fine).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
