The vehicle listed above is an XLS.

When coming up to a stop I get a-buzzing sound and vibration on pedal. I removed the ABS relay, but it is still happening. I wanted to disable the ABS.

Thoughts, Barry?

I cannot recommend disabling the ABS because it is a safety issue. If you do not have an ABS warning light on, then the system may be working correctly and there is a bearing hub that is going out. This video may help you:

If it is the ABS system, then removing the ABS relay should have stopped it. Here is the location of the relay so you can be sure you remove the correct one. The reason I say this is because the horn relay is right next to the ABS relay. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

This ends up being a wheel speed in the back left goes to 0 a second before the others. The ABS is engaging. I ran my live data scanner on the wheel speeds to find this.
I changed the wheel sensor but I’m still getting the same issue. Tire pressure and size are correct. ABS code 24 rear left sensor short.

This only happens when you first drive the car in the morning. Like the first 5 times you brake. After that it works fine the rest of that day. Sit overnight and same scenario.

Hi Barry, yes this can happen when the reluctor wheel does not line up with the sensor or, there are metal particles on the reluctor wheel. I would remove the sensor and use a flashlight to inspect the wheel and check the alignment through the sensor hole.

If the alignment is off, you may have a wheel bearing hub going out. Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

That looks okay, did you spin the wheel to make sure all the teeth were still there? If so and all looks good, I would replace the ABS module. Thanks for the images they help. Here is how. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
