Burning smell and low rubbing noise

I hear a low rubbing / clunk type sound in the front driver side tire area whenever I turn the wheel while backing up (ex: backing out of a driveway) only when Im starting it up after letting it sit for some time, I now heard the same sound while driving that wasnt there before but its barely noticeable. Also when turning it off after a normal drive I can smell a burning type smell from the front also, not sure if its more rubber or plastic but its around that type of smell. Just a FYI within the last 6 months I replaced all 4 tires, both front lower control arms, all 4 engine mounts, front struts, rear shocks, front axles, right front outer tie rod and I had 2 recent alignments. Thanks in advance for any helpful reply.

I would start by checking all steering components including ball joints. Also, check to make sure the brakes are in good condition and not loose in the caliper.
