When i ride over speed bumps, i notice that my back end makes a noise like it is scraping. How would i notice if my struts or shocks are bad?

Hi there,

The rule of thumb is that if you start to get the corner of the card bouncing by hand, it should come to rest after 11/2 oscillations. also check for oil leaking around the strut seal, start here.
